Payments are discreet and refunds are available in specific circumstances, like a billing error, but only if you report it within the first 30 days. Yes, signing up is free but to actually interact and do anything, you’ll want to upgrade to a paid membership. You can do it by the month for $34.95 or you can choose a 12 month membership and get six months free.
The first time your credit card is billed, it will be for the full membership – one month, six months, or a year. When that time comes to an end, you’ll be moved to a month-to-month payment at whatever rate your original membership offered. A monthly membership would be $34.95 each month and an “18 month” (really a year plus the six months free) is $14.95 a month when it renews. Your credit card statement won’t say “Snapsext” but the name of whichever payment processing company handled the transaction: Epoch, SegWay, or CCBill.
Tech Issues
Snapsext has a fairly comprehensive Help page to answer most questions you might have. Their billing and customer service departments separately handle more complicated issues and links are provided on the Help page. Snapsext also makes it clear in their Terms of Service that no accounts on the site are made by them. And maybe mostly importantly, yes, you can access the site from your phone.
