The Wireclub brand is known all over the world, from Toronto to Australia and everywhere in-between. On their About Us page they state that they have over 7million engaged members that spend, on average, at least 20 minutes on the site with each visit. The brand has the following to say for itself:

Registration
The registration process at Wireclub only takes a minute – first you must provide an email address and choose a password. By clicking ‘continue’ you are automatically agreeing to the site’s terms and conditions. Pretty standard stuff so far!
Then once you are in you are asked to provide a username; your gender; your date of birth; your current city of residence; a little bio about yourself and your actual real name. Weirdly, it also asks for your favourite colour!
You can retrieve profile information from Facebook instead, making the whole process easier and quicker. You are also asked to upload a photo, although this is not necessary to continue. All images must be family friendly – which is reassuring!
Desktop/Mobile Capability
Wireclub is available on iOS only, which is of course unfortunate for all you Androids out there! This has caused some discontent amongst desktop users of the service that wish to carry on their user experience through their mobile devices. However, website administrators have on numerous occasions replied that there is no need for an Android app, as the website works perfectly fine via a standard mobile internet browser.
User Experience
Considering Wireclub has so many members, and so many features to boot, we are actually quite surprised at how good the user journey is. The site is very easy to use and navigate, with everything clearly signposted and user-directed. Finding a chat room of interest is quick and simple, so there really is nothing to slow you down at Wireclub.
Given the sheer amount of traffic the site gets on a daily basis, we really do tip our hats to the efforts of the guys and gals at Wireclub. They make sure the site is smooth and enjoyable for everyone.
Safety and Security
The website lists a set of rules that all members must abide by, including no bullying and no spamming rules. There is also some regulation around posting adult and/or inappropriate material. This is reassuring at it shows the site owners will take action if and when necessary, with information on banning and suspension.
There is also a list of handy safety tips, so even those who are new to chat sites like this can read up on the best practices. So overall, Wireclub seems like a very safe and enjoyable place to chat and socialise.
Customer Service
The contact form is very basic and there is very little alternative when it comes to customer support. This page also contains an annoying hidden-letter captcha process, which lets down the user experience slightly. There is plenty of information available on the brand and you can communicate directly with site admins, who have their own profile pages too. How quickly, or helpful, a response is likely to be is uncertain. You can only try!
Conclusion
There isn’t much to complain about when using Wireclub. The automated messages and unsolicited messages are a little annoying, but most people come to expect that kind of thing from most chat services these days. It is a marketing technique – one that must work as it is still employed today. Once you get past this though, on a whole, the Wireclub website is an enjoyable and care-free experience.
Ease of use and the user journey both score high for Wireclub, meaning the site has millions of extremely satisfied users. Customer service may be lacking, but there really shouldn’t be any reason for you to need any help or guidance. The site is that self-intuitive and easy to navigate, you shouldn’t have any problems at all.
